First, download The Usual app. To find a restaurant, touch the 'Places' tab, then either the magnifying glass (to search by zip code/address) or 'Find Me' button (to find restaurants closest to you).

Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
We suggest contacting the restaurant directly using the phone number in your confirmation email with any modifications to your order. This is the quickest way to ensure your changes are made.
Is it safe to enter my credit card information?
Absolutely. No one ever sees your credit card information - it goes straight to our credit card processor, Braintree, and we take security very seriously.
